Two-Week Maine Road Trip Itinerary

Here’s my two-week road trip itinerary to Maine:

Day 1: Excursion to Atlantic City and stopover in Hudson Valley, New York
Day 2: Traveling along Route 1 to visit coastal towns and arriving in Maine
Day 3: Visiting Union, Maine and surrounding nature
Day 4: Marshall Point Lighthouse and a film scene recreation
Day 5: Camden Hills State Park, Camden, Maine, and eating lobster
Day 6: Visiting museums in Union, Maine, including Matthews Museum of Maine Heritage, Maine Wild Blueberry Museum, and the Moxie Museum
Day 7: Traveling to the Easternmost Point of the USA, Lubec, Maine, and Campobello Island
Day 8: Rest
Day 9: Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Maine
Day 10: Rest
Day 11: Day Trip to Portland, Maine
Day 12: Ferry to Islesboro, Maine
Day 13: Driving thru Augusta, Maine (capital) and eating at classic diner in Gardiner, Maine.
Day 14: Traveled back, stopping in Boston, then visiting family in southeastern Connecticut
Day 15-16: Travel to Hudson Valley, New York, and travel back to Maryland
